महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण और स्वावलंबन की ओर एक पहल
हमारे समुदाय में आपका स्वागत है। हमारा मानना है कि एक महिला को सशक्त बनाने का अर्थ है एक पूरी पीढ़ी को सशक्त बनाना। हमारी संस्था महिलाओं की क्षमता और अवसरों के बीच की दूरी को पाटने के लिए समर्पित है, ताकि एक ऐसा वातावरण तैयार किया जा सके जहाँ महिलाएँ अपने सपनों को हकीकत में बदल सकें।
कौशल विकास: रोजगार के लिए तैयार करने हेतु विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण।
Goal: $10,000 – 63% funded
उद्यमिता सहायता: प्रत्यक्ष रोजगार प्रदान करने के लिए ‘अमृता हट रेस्टोरेंट’ जैसी समुदाय-नेतृत्व वाली पहलों की शुरुआत करना।
Goal: $15,000 – 80% funded
सरकारी सहयोग: महिला अधिकारिता विभागों के साथ मिलकर काम करना ताकि हमारी सदस्यों को सरकारी योजनाओं और संसाधनों का सीधा लाभ मिल सके।

Leadership & Mentorship: Inviting distinguished guests and role models to inspire our members and celebrate their milestones.
Skill Development: Hands-on training in diverse sectors to ensure job readiness.
Entrepreneurial Support: Launching community-led initiatives, such as the Amrita Hat Restaurant, to provide direct employment.
Government Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with Women Empowerment departments to ensure our members benefit from official schemes and resources.
